About Independent Living at The Argyle
Independent living at The Argyle combines autonomy with convenience and community. It’s the ideal option for seniors who can live independently, but would still prefer to be surrounded by a warm, welcoming network of fellow residents. The Argyle Park features 50 apartments in a HUD 202/Section 8 community, which allows us to continue our mission of providing affordable living arrangements.
There’s more to living at The Argyle than our comfortable one-bedroom apartments, too. Residents also have access to regular organized events and outings, a strong community, and optional amenities designed to simplify daily living.

They are always available to assist when needed, but we also work to empower every resident to live their happiest, most fulfilled life.
What is the difference between Independent and Assisted Living?
Unlike assisted living, independent living is fully autonomous, and it allows seniors to exercise control over how they live each day. Residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartments, with convenient access to laundry services, home-cooked meals, and other services if they choose to utilize them.

Each independent living apartment is one bedroom / one bathroom with views of the surrounding Highlands neighborhood. Laundry services, meals and other supplementary services are conveniently accessible to all residents.
