About Independent Living at The Argyle
Independent living at The Argyle combines autonomy with convenience and community. It’s the ideal option for seniors who can live independently, but would still prefer to be surrounded by a warm, welcoming network of fellow residents. The Argyle Park features 50 apartments in a HUD 202/Section 8 community, which allows us to continue our mission of providing affordable living arrangements.
There’s more to living at The Argyle than our comfortable one-bedroom apartments, too. Residents also have access to regular organized events and outings, a strong community, and optional amenities designed to simplify daily living.
How much does independent living cost?
The Argyle is well-known for being an affordably-priced senior living center that offers access to a wide range of services and support as needed. Since The Argyle Park is a government subsidized housing community, costs will vary, and the monthly rent is based on 30% of the applicants annual/monthly income.
What is the difference between Independent and Assisted Living?
Unlike assisted living, independent living is fully autonomous, and it allows seniors to exercise control over how they live each day. Residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartments, with convenient access to laundry services, home-cooked meals, and other services if they choose to utilize them.
Why Live at The Argyle?
When you call The Argyle Park home, you get far more than a comfortable, private apartment. Our community places a high value on social connection and living life to the fullest, which means there’s always an event to attend and a neighbor who’s ready to chat. Thanks to our prime location near Tennyson Street, trying a new restaurant or checking out a new shop can be a regular activity. With an RTD bus stop nearby, exploring the rest of Denver is a breeze, too. Back at home, you’ll develop close relationships with new friends as you swap stories, share meals, and enjoy activities together.
